Our specialty workshops bring together movement, mindfulness, and healing practices—like sound baths, spa yoga, and meditation—to nourish both body and mind. They’re intentional experiences created to help you unwind, recharge, and feel grounded.
Sound Bath
April 19 | 3:00pm - 4:00pm
Join us and immerse yourself in the deep relaxation and healing vibrations of sound. Sound baths use specific tones and frequencies that have the ability to help heal your body. Each tone corresponds to a specific energy center in the body known as a Chakra.
Full Moon Flow
May 1 | 6:30pm - 8:00pm
A grounding and energizing 90-minute Full Moon Flow designed to help you harness the illuminating energy of the May full moon. This workshop blends half Vinyasa to awaken and clear the body with half Yin to soften, release, and create space for intention setting.
Private Workshops
Private workshop parties available upon request and availability. Workshops can be customizable and include, but not limited to, yoga & meditation, manifestation boards, and intention jars.
