During a Reiki session, you’ll lie fully clothed on a comfortable table while the practitioner gently places their hands lightly on or just above your body. The experience is quiet and deeply relaxing—many people notice warmth, subtle tingling, or simply a sense of calm as their nervous system settles. Each session is unique, but the overall intention is to support balance, stress relief, and overall well-being.
Is Reiki safe?
